My name is Asmaa el bachiri employee in coa of crofton . My phone 443,563,6002 The location in coa get flood and it was closed . I was sent to work in coa of bowie . Treated bad from the director of bowie who was not my direct director. I was full time teacher at crofton. Now at bowie I have so reduced hours . My house is far I have to drive every day to work just for three or five hours maximum. I applied for a new job and I get hired. Today 10/5 director of bowie ms crystal was refusing to approve or sign time off Thursday to go to my doctor for my physical because she said you are going to your doctor to sign checks up to leave me and work in on other center. I am free to leave because she is rude and I need more hours to work , which I did not find. Also , I am allowed to go to see my doctor this Thursday because I took an appointment and it can not be changed . This is illegal and against the law that she wont let me see doctor . I am letting you know . I am going to my doctor Thursday based on my rights . She can not prevent me to see my doctor. This director of bowie is abusing of her powers , which is not ok because we are living in democratic country .any action from her is not supposed to be considered . I am filing a complaint to coa office about this directer. I called cooperate today and make a complain . And I called my supervisor mr joe . And I am contacting you now . Please be aware. Thanks.
