When people put 29.95 + shipping & handling buy 1 get another with ship&hand,not to say the promos you hear when call to put in your order, which has not a thing to do with PEST, which also you have to make another time slot to get a person on the line too actually take your order. I feel that you should be satisfied . But under the circumstance, your product is a disappointment, since i see you have a complaint dept. it is very very,obvious, that your media broadcasts, has completely created again another false hope, so I as a consumer of your product have tried this + light wall ornament that is a dangling night light, you should just come out & just say we have an expensive night light maybe people will be satisfied with the TRUTH
