I have experience as the buyer and seller using this business. I would have to say NEVER AGAIN. They might talk nice to you but are totally incompetent. Every time your file is passed to a new person they request you submit your information all over again, it appears they lose your information. I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't have a copier and didn't keep copies. User's recommendation: Pick another company.
