On the 25th october 2016, I (Neil chetcuti) placed an order for 2 tickets for the coldplay concert to be held in the ernst happel stadium in vienna on the 11th june 2017 for a total price of £355.33 (Order number: 1868002). The tickets were to be sent to 35, crossways, sutton, sm25ld, uk. Upon accessing my seatwave account, I was informed that the expected delivery date was the 4th november 2016, although till this day the status of the delivery is still shown to be 'awaiting shipment'. I have tried to contact seatwave several times over the phone, but have so far been unsuccessful. Rather than a refund, I request that an update with respect to the delivery be sent to me immediately on [protected]@hotmail.com and seatwave ensure that the tickets are sent to the above address as soon as possible.
