Three times for 1 order & 5 phone calls

Had trouble with an order last year & swore I would never order from them again, however, my husband saw some things he wanted so I thought I would give them one more chance. What a mistake. I placed an order online Sept 28, got a confirming email. Did not receive order, so I called. Was told there was no such order, even though I had a confirmation number. I was told to forward my email to their IT department. Email came back "undeliverable" to the address I was given. Called & was told I needed to reorder. I did so on Oct. 19. Got an email confirmation. Called to check on order. Once again the order did not exist in their system.. Asked to speak to supervisor (non existent) said they would look into it and call me back in 24 hours, never got a call. Called again & was placed on hold for over 30 minutes-hung up. Called back, was told my escalation request was in the system, no order existed & I would have to once again (for the third time) place the order. This time I did it over the phone. Unfortunately they could not honor the pricing I had received on the two prior orders. Only hope that the order goes through this time. I have my doubts.
