My wife had her chevy volt damaged by the lift when she had her tires rotated by the Clovis, CA store. We have been customers there for many years, my wife, my son and I all purchase tires and have repairs done there. When my wife pointed out the damage to the store manager he told her to take her business else where. The tech from the shop started insulting my wife and used threatening behavior. Not only have you lost 3 customers but we will be very active within our local community to make sure that our neighbors are aware of how this once reliable shop has gone in to the toilet.
