Ive used Tidy for a 6 months At first they kept giving me a new person each week. The people did clean well but a couple wasted time talking on the phone. Because it is subcontracted thru different people each time they can be flaky and just not show up..This happened several times and I was charged. The worst thing about a company is they feel that everything can be handled online and dont even ask to speak with someone because they just wont answer. Go somewhere else..They also have a certain way they all are trained to clean and the product leave a strange smell and they leave behind residue on all my floors.
