Today I noticed a $50 charge to my account. Was the first time I had noticed a billing from JustAnswer. I am not in a tax bracket where I can easily miss a $50 withdrawal!. I had clicked on to their site back in March seeking answers to a Mac computer glitch. I asked the costumer service rep I called to please cancel my account and I will consider the $50 charge to my bad....then I asked how long they have been taking $50 from my account....since MARCH! No refund option, never used their service since the one time click. So it was a $400 lesson. User's recommendation: BEWARE.
