This company sold me overpriced tickets

I purchased tickets online with LOCAL TICKET. I was charged $27.00 for tickets that cost $15.00. After calling the company I was talked to rudely and they then explained to me that they were a third party company. I thought I was paying for better seats, not seats that could have been purchased when I arrived at my destination. I am in customer service and this is the worst company have ever dealt with and I will not ever use this service again. I feel that this could have been avoided if they had a warning on their page explaining they are a third party company
