More than four days ago I spoke to Corp. A supervisor named Shawn , after he accused me of lying n accused me of so much more like I talked to a rep. Which I never did !! They cut off my light w no warning. Shawn said he would terminate my acct as my request , 4 days ago! Well I’ve been charged a daily fee regardless of not having power n after i terminated my services w them! My owed bal. has grown in a crazy way! Stay away from this company n if u think Shawn at Corp. Will help u. Think twice before u contact him, according to him there’s no one else above him , no one to complain about him , bottoms line He’s playing God!
