Just got this home warranty for a couple of months and am not happy with service. The false advertisement was used to get the customer to purchase home warranty appliances. They promise to enjoy the peace of mind & to save customers time and money. I call them for my oven wall door for repair and they are saying they won't repair it because it"s cause of abuse when they said they were going to repair it and it needs a spring or hinge. If they call it a different word it's not covered but if we call it a hinge the insurance will cover it but know they won't cover it because they are calling it that the appliance was abuse and that's why it's broken. Am so upset with this company called Cross Country Home Services.
