Back in 2008,I paid $350 to each club($700 total) for a lifetime membership...after 3 years,I stopped receiving materials that I was promised fir life from each club ...I spent 1 1/2 years trying to contact and correspond with these clubs with no luck... unfortunately,all of my paperwork from theses clubs burned in a house fire I had...now I'm out $700 of my hard earned money and I need to know how I can file a lawsuit against each club,file a lawsuit against both clubs and file a lawsuit against the company that owned both clubs for scamming me out of my $350 each($700 total) for lifetime memberships?
