Third hand furniture

During September 2020 I bought couches from this company for about R20k. And within 3 months the 2 seater couche was broken, I called them and they collected it for repair, in August both the 2 seater and the 3 seater were broken, I called them again and they came and collect, September again same problems. In October when I received the couches. Ack I told the driver that if the couches break again I do not want them. In October 2021 I then experienced the same problem with the 3 seater, I send a wattsapp message to the company to inform them that I am tired of this couches, they must come and take them as I no longer want them. I was told that I can come and look at something else, and then I wa told that the warranty was finished. Then I requested to talk to the Manager, and they requested my email address and said the manager will call me. When I made follow ups there was no response. Now in January when I contacted them they told me that there is nothing they can do. But just to give me a quote and I can pay for the repair. This makes me angry because this couches were faulty from the word go, and they just enjoyed to repair the couches 3 times and now they were hiding behind the warranty, this shows that they are selling third hand furniture and say it is on special. Their service sucks, I went to the Centurion branch today where I initially purchased this couches, and the manager there told me that head office will get in touch, but he is not allowed to furnish me with the Co tact details for that manager. I think that I am being treated like this because I am black and they think I am naive
