They wont fix with warranty

this building company is giving us the hardest time with the warranty on something that they messed up on! LADIES and GENTLEMEN i will tell you as a BRAND NEW BUILT home buyer. NEVER purchase a BRAND new home by this builder as they will do a mickey mouse job and say they give a 1 year warranty but they try every way possible to drag out the process so that they dont have to do any work. i have friends that built for KB homes and they said that our house was built so *** just by looking at it with the naked eye. how sad is that?? we bought our house at the end of december 2018 trying to go into a new house for the new year and literally is was PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM. nevada doesnt require a home inspection to be done like california does so i guess thats the reason why these nevada builders are taking advantage of their clients hard earned money. the manage JAVIER that we first spoke to looked down on me like i didnt know anything because i was a female and tried to brush it off and then when my husband stepped in he looked down on him because he was young and thought he didnt know anything about construction, but reality is that he used to be a contractor in southern california and san francisco. Only when my husband started logically pointing things out and started speaking their lingo, then they started to actually try to talk to us. The javier also tried to set us up by telling us to ask his manager for money instead of fixing the problems. we obviously knew that was a set up. we dont want money. we want our forever home to be perfect the way it was told it would be as it was our first home buy and it was a BRAND NEW BUILD. if i wanted a *** build then i would have bought a house at 3/4 the price and freaken got PROFESSIONALS to remodel the damn house. at this point it has ALREADY BEEN 6 MONTHS and now they are saying they wont fix it. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? they wont admit their fault. why because they just hope that the warranty one year will be over and they have no RESPONSISBILITY. how SAD it must be to work for this company and how sad it us that we bought a house from a bunch of scammers. this review will probably just be overlooked as it seems there is nothing they do to make a home buyer happy as long as they just get their money. JEFF BARNES was the next level manager that we spoke to and his condesending tone of voice was ridiculous on our first meet and when we had my brother in law who is much older than us they jeff's tome of voice changed a bit. these people sincerely dont care at all about fixing anything. such a disgrace that century communities as a COMPANY is just allowing such things to happen.
