They took my money off my card I need it back ASAP it’s been almost a week

I went to place an order once I gave my card information he said they were closed yet they still took the money off my card. It says pending but its been saying pending for almost a week. I want my money. Then Im calling customer service and they not picking up the phone??? How when they are open 7 days a weak 1pm-12am I called at 1:40pm. This needs to be resolved this is inconvenient for me
