I ordered 4 pieces of dress for me and my daughter. And I just got 2 pieces of my order and my dress has bleach splashed. That is why I complained to Patpat but they never answer with sincere. the first they offered 5 % off for next shopping. Of course, I refused it. They are always providing everywhere 10%off and why 5% Off for their mistake?? the second, they offered me 10 % off. then I refused. already I want to send them back all and I demanded all refund for my order but after that, they send 50% OFF ticket for the next shopping and they said I can bring to donation store. Because if I send them back, I need to pay for shipping. What is that? So I need to throw away my money of 50% of the price?? It was their fault. and why I have to cover the shipping cost or pay 50% then bring to donation store?? I am waiting for my refund for the defect still. But they did something that I cannot contact and comment on their Facebook page. I don't feel any sincere and responsible from them. Please refund to my order!!!
