They send certified mail but do not answer/return phone calls
Received a certified mail letter from GB on 8-31-2018 asking me to contact them. I called and left a message at least 7 times and have yet to receive a return call. This seems like some sort of scam. A guy ran into my truck at the airport and I had to file a claim on my insurance because at first his insurance company "did not know who he was" and then suddenly I am being contaccted by GB. Why go to the trouble of sending a certified letter if you're not going to return a call? {{redacted}}
