They promised me a refund and I’m still waiting

I'm not happy with Palm Beach Jewelry and I will never order from them again. I have bought something and my item arrived damaged. I contacted Palm Beach Jewelry customer service and they offered me a replacement and I agreed. I sent the damaged item back and heard nothing back. Three weeks later they finally contacted me and said that unfortunately they were not able to ship me a replacement (they didn't explain the reason even when I asked) and said that I will be given a refund. It is now over 5 weeks and I'm still waiting. Please, don't waste your hard earned money and shop elsewhere.
