They never closed my account

For the first time in 6 plus yrs i was able to speak to someone and supposedly he canceled the account. They have been collecting $7.18 dollars from my account all this time. As soon as i asked about refund on all these yrs he canceled the account saying i never called them and hung up . I didnt even know the phone number associated with the account.
