They make it difficult to cancel their Service and want to continue to charge.

I spoke to an individual with your company (Jorge Herrera) that cancelled my site with you as I had asked to be done the end of July, however, he didn’t want to give me over to a Supervisor regarding your Company wanting to still charge me when my new Website has been running for a few weeks with another Website Company (almost 1/3 your price, and already 2 inquiry’s). I held back the ending July payment to you guys to verify you were cancelling as I wanted. Your Company then got a payment the first part of August that I allocated to another Bill and still wanting an additional month per Jorge Herrera with your company. I have paid your company many years and thousands of dollars and have not gotten ONE Buyer or Seller from the site. So I think you should resolve this Cancellation and Billing issue with your Company. I have run over the years prior to becoming a Realtor full time, International Multi-Million $$ Company’s and my customers were ALWAYS RIGHT and my employees were to handle it as such. I had 2 incidents over 25 years ago with AT&T and UPS, I discontinued their services and to date have not purchased anything from them. I also told people all over the world of the problems and many of them discontinued or limited their use also. I will guarantee, the effects have been in the Millions of $$, when I even gave the company’s a chance to take care of the problem. Pretty Stupid. I am a person who tells everyone when I find a good product or service, and also tell everyone about a BAD one. I belong to one of the Largest Real Estate firms in the world and hold 3 trade shows a year in China. I hope you will fix this issue before I need to tell others my issues with your Company.
