The person from Amrock (formerly TitleSource) came out to our house to do the closing. They did not give us copies of the signed closing document and said they would send us PDF of them. She never did. We contacted Amrock and they can not find them!! Very worried about fraud now. Can't believe Amrock doesn't secure the signed closing documents with our confidential information like social security numbers and driver's license numbers. VERY SCARY! You would think such a huge company would have security policies in place but it appears they do not :-( Also, their story keeps changing as to when / if they were turned in and to which office, etc. How can they not know??
