I called them in for an estimate on some basement seepage I had. I explained I am trying to sell my house of 19 years and that I was just looking to have the minimum done. The salesperson said he understood and that in order to give me the best option, he would need to cut into my finished drywall on 2 walls. He did this, and ran his air-quality test. All this resulted in a very professional looking multi-page report with a quote of $32,000. He explained that he would not even entertain a less expensive option because their warranty was on the line. My biggest complaint, he didn't hear a word I said, destroyed my drywall for no apparent reason because he knew full well he was going to pitch me their $32,000 solution. Found another contractor to do an inside drain tile solution for $7,000. Would NEVER recommend this bait and switch swindling organization to anyone.
