Paid on our pool for ten years still owed about a year when the wall split in two. Top to bottom. The papers we signed said life time warranty. When I contacted them they said send pictures. Also a picture of the skimmer and return. We had a leak at one time and around the return. We put stop leak on it that was black. They said that voided the warranty even though the split happened on the opposite side of pool. Ironically the only thing still standing is the steps, skimmer and return. User's recommendation: Stay away. Paid to much and they will not give a lifetime warranty.
