They promise delivery within a 14 day window. This winter they have finally delivered, after increasingly desperate phone calls from us, between 18-20 days after we placed our order. We've spent hours on hold and speaking with customer service who keep telling us it will "arrive today." They also increased their price per gallon 25% over night. We are in the Catskill Mountains and depend on propane for everything. Last month, they finally arrived when we were at 0%, it was scary. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE AMERIGAS. Their call centers are thousands of miles away from where you live and they have no direct contact with delivery. Their prices are 50 cents more per a gallon than our local propane company. We're switching as soon as we can.
