Let alone follow building codes. They did not even install footers correctly for a deck. Did not use appropriate header for a roof. Roof is sagging due to lack of proper beam and vertical posts. He claims to use licensed subcontractors, but that was not the case and we have had to hire plumbers to redo the amateurish work. His license number comes up invalid with State Of Georgia, as does any searches for his name and being licensed by the Georgia Professional License Bureau. Stay Away from this company and Mr Greg J Staffins as he is a con artist, salesman who does not know how to deliver properly and within safety and building codes.
