They are still charging me after I asked to cancel in April.

Ive been in hold fir an hour. This is ridiculous. They have charged me fir may June and July. I have not been because I canceled it and they told me I was good. I want a refund and I want it canceled for real. I have been waiting an hour to speak to someone. User's recommendation: Not at all.
