They have setup very legitimate website, with toll free and local numbers. The entire operation is done outside of USA and these guys do not have a physical location but rather operate from a P.O. Box somewhere in Texas, and other times in Illinois. They are scammers and dishonest for not being upfront. Google their address and you will see they do not exist. I spoke with Jason who told me they have operations all over the world and will print within 10 business days and then shipping another 5 days, in total 3 weeks. They offer free design services, but be aware you will never have a chance to speak to their designers, because they do not have access to a phone and located probably in Pakistan, or elsewhere. Another suspicious thing is they do not have Yelp or Facebook accounts.
