They removed all my property at the request of my insurance carrier. Now they have sent me bills in excess of $100,000 for storage and cleaning. It has been almost two years and I have yet to receive one thing back, cleaned or repaired. I am a single elderly woman on my own and I am at a loss for how this will turn out. This company did not fulfill their own contract to separate wet items from dry items so they destroyed more of my belongings then were lost by the water leak. A company this bad shouldn't be allowed to do business in Arizona. They are a pack up and move out company out of California who work for insurance companies and makes their money off the back of people's misfortune. Don't ever use them for anything.
