These guys don't care about their customers. i purchased a $70 valve from them as a prototype to develope a water shut off for people with galvanized pipes. after a few months the valve failed so i contacted them about returning or replacement...that's when the "joke" started...they would call me back as soon as they talked to the manufacturer. i thought then, why the manufacturer, i bought it from YOU. well, weeks passed and no call back. tried again and got the same customer service guy, jeff, with the same story...weeks passed and nothing. they are happy as larks to sell you something but have a problem...huh, they don't even know you. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
