Their agents are over worked and horrible communicators. The seller left a ton of trash in the house that we bought. We called several times to get the trash removed and zero response! Very unprofessional and cost me $700 to have the trash removed. When we negotiated it would take days for them to get back to me. They are in the business of social media and marketing...not in the business of customer service! I will never use their services again and warn all consumers that you pay for what you get... They are a discount real estate company and treat you like a discounted client.
