There is no one to talk to ….only automated email and always the same

Ordered 2 masks, 1 blue, 1 grey...only received the blue 3 weeks later on June 8, they said the grey would take 3 weeks longer, it is 6-7 weeks now and they keep telling me that I received the mask on June 8, the shipping info says received the blue mask...impossible to get any one to talk to, no phone number, they keep telling me they are busy and it would take 3-4 weeks to get or that I received the mask to check with the neighbor!!! so frustrating.I don't even want the mask anymore, just send me my refund!!! User's recommendation: the worst customer service company...do not buy from them.
