Their terms and fees are OK. And there are enough ATMs near my office and home. But whenever I come to their branch there are always long lines. I tried to come at different times but the situation was the same. There were only 2–3 tellers and there were lines. I hate that. I have so many other important things to do but every time I have to waste at the very least 30 minutes there. Also I do not like that their tellers speak so quickly. Sometimes it is difficult for me to understand them and I have to ask to repeat. That’s embarrassing. Suppose they should just hire more staff so that they do not have to rush their customers. There is no place for haste in the bank. When it comes to dealing with money issues I prefer to carefully think every step over.
