I am being charged $920 to move out early. They want everything painted and cleaned. The 2nd floor shower leaks into the basement and has for the year and half i have been there. I have sent pictures and turned in 4 maintenance requests. Nothing happened. The front windows dont open. One bdrm window doesnt open. There are ants, spiders, flys, weird centipede things. The flooring should not be considered carpet. There is *** in side of the house. Back porch falling down. They are a joke if they think im cleaning one thing. They can keep my security deposit. They will have to take me to court for the other money they will want. Never will i rent from them ever again. User's recommendation: Never rent from them.
