Bethlehem is a company I will never purchase from ever again. I misplaced a timer instruction sheet, it was only 1 single sheet of paper and Bethlehem would not give me the time of day regarding this issue. So then I called QVC and told them the situation and QVC told me to contact Bethlehem Lights. I informed QVC what Bethlehem Lights had done to me and QVC Customer Service told me they no longer do business with Bethlehem Lights. So, there you have it!!!!!!!!!!! Plus Balsam Hill is much, much more better with their Customer Service than Bethlehem Lights.
