I had ordered a team jersey and was informed it had been shipped. Then informed it had been delivered. All this via email. Called to inform then it had NOT been delivered. This happened 3 times. Finally, accepted the refund. Will never order from then again. User's recommendation: NFL and Fanatics are the same. Stay away.
