This company repeatedly refuses to even respond to any homeowners maintenance requests. Complete dictator. Runs all over the the so called "Board of Directors". He will not listen to anyone or anything. The most arrogant human being that you will ever meet. The contractors he uses are the bottom of the barrel. Ask Mill Creek Condominiums what happened to their 1.2 million dollar reserve. Hard to believe this guy is still in business. Condominium complexes need to read these reviews before choosing a company that will have control over all of your money. Do not make the same mistake Pinebrook Condominiums did.
