The ordering of a back windshield

Spoke to Kathy, Monday am 5/2/2016 told her what I needed for my vehicle. I was told we can have your windshield this afternoon. The part did not arrive. I was told the part would be there on Tuesday, no windshield. Next I was told it would be there when they opened Wednesday, drove to Eagle school auto parts, no windshield. When I arrived at the parts store I was told the driver was in Berkeley and headed back. Then I was told the driver locked his keys in the truck and would be a little while. After that I am told The driver hadn't even picked the glass up yet. This whole time I am trying to coordinate a time with the windshield installation people. Of course I had to pre-pay for the part. I was lied to the whole time causing myself and the installation people a great deal of trouble.
