The number on the nack of my card is invalid. It only has 14 numbers!

When I try to use this card I am told it is an invalid number. My card has 14 numbers. Im told my card should have 16 numbers. I want a refund! User's recommendation: Do mot deal with these people! You can only send messages or hear automated messages!
