I decided to take the parcel home, open it carefully and check its functionality. This was my main mistake, because the product was damaged, when I turned it on, it turned out that it did not work. I immediately contacted the sellers, described the situation and asked for help to solve the problem. I was told that in the near future they would contact me and help me get compensation. A few days later, no one contacted me, and when I called back the technical support service, it turned out that my previous application was not even registered!!! This is probably the fault of an incompetent employee, but I spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem. It’s good that the goods were fully insured and the insurance company, having clarified all the questions, returned the money to me. Now I’ll think whether it is worth ordering something from this online store.
