The company shein is not responding to my calls and the service is so weak

I placed my order on 22nd June and today is 9th July its been 18 days and I have not got my order. Also I tried calling the company from last 7 days nobody is responding and also not responding my mails what should I consider ? User's recommendation: Don’t give money in advance and don’t expect anything from shein.
