The batteries didn’t work

I purchase 18 packs of zenipower A675 mercury free hearing aid battery same day they arrived .I used them the same day two went out in five minutes try another pack same thing happen again try calling answer machine is full left two emails no reply back User's recommendation: Don't purchase.
