The Absolute Worst Service EVER!!!!

How can I begin? Is the question, because theres a plethora of places where I can begin describing the low grade and customer care. My first clue that I'd chosen the wrong rental car company was witnessing an employee screaming at a customer who had a complaint. Granted I didnt witness the entire episode, but it looked very bad from a companies standpoint. Secondly, the wait to receive a vehicle was rediculous, 45mins or more. I have much more that could be said, but judging from the way they conduct business it doesnt matter. The only Advantage that Advantage Rental Car provides is a Disadvantage, for its customers from begining to end. This is a awful representation of a rental car company or a business in general.
