I have purchased two pairs of shoes from www.clogoutlet.com and none of them fit! I immediately contacted customer service and asked for a refund and they said that I have to sent the incorrect ones back and then I'll get the money. I did as they said and later they contacted me and said that refund was not possible since these two pairs were on final sale! Then I asked them to give the shoes back and they said that I have to pay for the shipping! Terrible experience! Will never order from ClogOutlet again!!
