TERRIBLE SHIPPING – CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT

placed an order December 26Th. Was advised on a 3-5 day delivery time frame. Emailed customer service after 3 days without any shipping information. They told me they dont have any time line on the actual ship date. It has been 11 days since purchase. Emailed again and no response since. Not sure if Ill ever get what I ordered. Ill give it 4 more days and cancel my order, if that is possible.
