Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I was initially over charged for my suit and shirts and have been reassured numerous times the refund has been approved and waiting for the bank to process. Some 4 months later, still no refund. Now, with no replies to emails/calls I get a mystery $1000 plus charge on my credit card. I have now had to cancel my credit cards because of this "fraudulent activity". Terrible, terrible company. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!! Still haven't heard back from them regarding this matter and they are not answering the phone.... convenient???
