I am so angry and I will never buy anything from them again! SundanceCatalog are the worst people and I don't want to deal with them in the future. I was promised a discount as a first time customer and did not receive it. They charged the full price and when I contacted them and told about the discount they claimed that they never offered me anything. Their rep was really nasty and he refused to give me their manager's contact details. It took me a lot of time and nerves but I finally was able to reach their manager and got my discount. These people don't keep their own promises and I hate the fact that I had to deal with everything myself! I never had such a terrible service! Avoid!
