Terrible product overall

She's 5 and no.one bothered to make sure her sleeves were pulled up enough to keep her from looking like an orphan in oversized second me downs. We get the email that the pictures are ready to order even though we had already completed the paper form returned to school so now we have a double order. You can't view your child's photo unless you click on packages to purchase, and order details are vague. The email implies digital images will be available in 24 to 48 hrs but that's only the wait to get a code to order MORE photos. You won't actually get your digital or printed order for almost a month. Customer service is IMPOSSIBLE to reach. They claim they have live chat but no one is ever available and wait times by phone are 45 to 60+ minutes. User's recommendation: Stay Far Away.
