Horrible Customer Experience!! Signed up with them and was promised a camera system, security system, & a smart thermostat. The cameras were never installed, the thermostat failed and fried my central air unit ($4000 loss out of my pocket) all of this took place with in the 1st month. Talked to them about all the problems & issues and was told they can not help. When I went to cancel my service I was told I had to buy out the contract for $3000. Long story short, I was ripped off $3K & I do not have anything to show for it. Do NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT with them!!
