i booked a vacation package 5 days ago and today the price dropped down 700$ so i called to do price modification since the price drop is in the hotel not flight related and the customer service supervisor calleed andrea was so rude and laughed at me over the phone saying u should have read the policy before you book .i asked her to talk to a manager she said i dont have a manager here i asked where is ur office located and started laughing its unreachable its in seattle .i was advised not to book through costco by so many ppl n now i regret it. i dont recommend costco travel to anyone.
