I lived at 2835 West Kilbourn Avenue in Apt 103 until April 2017, 28 West Apartments owned by Axiom Properties was sold to Team Management in March 2016, because apartment manager Jonathan Furle was stealing money from 28 West Apartments and that caused them to sell the apartment building to Team Management!!! My ceiling was leaking with water in 2016 and 2017. I contacted Team Management about my ceiling, Team Management did not come and fix my ceiling.Team Management pissed me off and that caused me to move out of 2835 West Kilbourn Avenue in April 2017!!! Building Owner Darnell Williams is selfish and don't care about the tenants in that apartment building!!! Rosie Galarza rents to bad tenants without screening them.Team Management is selfish. Please do not rent to Team Management located on 3816 West Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin!!! If you rent to Team Management, Team Management will screw you and piss you off!!! Stay away from Team Management, Stay away from Darnell Williams and Rosie Galarza they will screw you and piss you off too!!!
